I think that the death of osama bin ladin is a great thing for America. It is a big relief for the many who had lost love ones on 9/11. I know that I was happy to hear that he died. It has been almost 10 years and we had not gotton any justis. But when we did it lifted a lot of burdans off Americans. Some pepeole mite think that this is wrong of the us government to go kill someone, but common he killed over 2000 americans so 1 person is not enoghf to get the justis. But for many it help them cope with the lost of loveones. I think that killing osama will help us with the war on terror because I think that we killed one of there biggest leaders and that will weaken them. Hopeful when they radied the compound they found a lot of good info that will help us fight the war. This will also bring relief to the other countrys that the Taliban has hurt. I think that the idea of the barrel at sea was a good thing so all the alkida people don’t have a place to worship him. I also feel that this will help the muslims cuse I know many don’t belive in the racicas to that will help them. also I think that it will be a relief to Afghanistan because they wont be at risk of beaning blown up. I am also proud of all the men and woman of the armed forces and I think that they will have a feeling of acuminate They must be proud because they got done what they whent there for. also i think that it was a good choses on what they did cuse now alkada is weeker and we can defeet them. and then the pepoel of pakistand will not have to put up with all of this war and they can live in peace. and the faced that they dident tell the public for this long cuse there could have been a problem at the royal wedding. doing this saved alot of the pepleo in england. now i think that muslim pepole need to tell ofther that there is a diffrents between raticalist and normal. cuse i know at my school i hear a lot of talk and most pepoel dont understand. and that is what i think about the osama death.

maus and night blog

I think that the book Maus and knight complemented each other by showing details such as they find old Friends, they both are afraid of losing someone, and they both show teamwork to stay alive.

The first thing that both books have in common is that they both find old friends in there journey though the Holocaust. In the book Night Elie Wiesel found his Rabbi from his home town of Sighet. He seems happy when they meet again. "It was Rabbi Eliahou, the rabbi of a small polish community"(86). This must be a vary emotional experience for Elie seeing someone that he thought he would never see again. In the book Maus II Vladek comes in contacted with a family member. When he is coming out of the shower he hears someone yell "UNCLE!UNCLE!"(27). It turns out that his Nephew was yelling at him. "So uncle...you've ended up hear too"(27). This must be very shocking that he sees a family member that he has been writing to. In both book the main characters have met some people from the past which would give them a objective to fight on thought.

The second thing that they have in common is that they are both afaid of losing some one. In the book "Night", Elie is afraid of being seprated from his father. "I certaninly do. But on one condittion: I want to stay with my father"(46). In this part of the book Elie is faced with a decision of choosing to go in a good group. But dose not want to be seperated. This must be a hard chocie to make, but in the end i think he makes the right chose. In the book "Maus" Vladek has to make a big bribe so that Anja would be able to move to the new barracks next to his. "It could be 'arranged' for 100 cigarets and a bottle vodka. but this was a fortune"(64).
So Vladek saves up so he can do this but it all gets stolen but he is able to save up anyways. He dose this becuse he dose not want to see Anja moved away. The main character has to make some big decision and sacrifice to stay in contaced with loved ones.

The third thing that the two books have in common is that the main characters have to help eachother along. In the book "Night" Elie has to yell at his father to keep him going. "'father!' I screamed. 'father! get up from hear! immediately! you're killing yourself...."(100). This is Elie yelling at his dad to keep him going.
in the book "maus" Vladek has to make a hiding spot in his house to hid him and his family. "Therfore I arranged for us a vary good hiding spot-in our cellar, where it was coal stoarage"(110). This must have been a lot fo work for Vladek, and he must have had to give up a lot to help his famliy. So in both books the characters have to do somthing for others to keep them and threr love ones alive.

Like the book "fallen angles" and the moveie "Restrepo" had to do alot with war and team work. Those books also you could make many conations betewwn the two. The book "Night" and "Maus" go togather vary well. The main characters show many things in common that you can ralate between both books. They have to overcome the same things, and they have times of strugle and times of happyness. Theses two books go togather like hand and hand. I would highly recomend reading both books next year just becuse they go togather so well.

Restrepo

10 things in the movie Restrepo that i can relate to the book would be. the first part of the moveis when they are on the train remainds me of when Perry in in the plane on the way to nam. this is vary similer becuse they are just hanging out and are about to go to war. the second part of the move that is similar to Fallen Angels is when they have there firist deth. in the movie it is Dr. Restrepo. in the book it was jenkins. when this happens the squad is vary sad and devisated. the third part of the movie that i can ralate to the book would have to be when they are shoot at for the firt time and the H-1 gets hit. this is like the first time out for perry and he see's a land mind go off. this is vary scarly for both crews cusrs its the first thing that happpen on the patrol. the forth part that reminds me of the book from Restrepo is when they are all hanging around at there post Restrepo. this reminds me of the parts when they are hanin around there huches. they are always having fun. the 5th part in the moive that reminds me of the book is whenn they show bombs being droped from disants. this is like the book when perry is hearing bombs being droped in the disance. the 6th part that i can ralate the book and the movie is when they have to go into the little vilages and help and educate the local. this hapenns in both the book and also the movie. the 7th part that i can see in both parts of the book is. when they both think that they are so close that they can hear them wispaering. in the book perry thinks he can hear them. in the moveing they say they can hear them and then they get ambuseh. the 8th thing that i think happens in both the book and also the moveing is they both think about life back home. in the book perry wrights leeters back home to his mom and brothers. in the movie they get short phone calls back home the there faimlys. the 9th thing that gose on in both storys is that the guys become freinds with the other guys. like perry becomes good frineds with peewee and in the moveie the guys are all freinds. the last thing that the moveis and book have incommon is that the pepoel are both happy when they get to leave

I'll none of it. come, put mine armor on. give me my staff." what the wrigter is saying in this is that macbeth is ready for battle. and that macbeth dosent care and throws fear into the wind. He is being a man by not haveing fear about the battle. he also is a man cuse he dosent care about the outcome of deth. Only a real man with do all this to fight.
